Matthew obtained his PhD in Chemistry in 2022 from Victoria University of Wellington under the supervision of Prof. Martyn Coles and Dr. Mathew Anker. Following a three-year long Postdoctoral appointment with Prof. Cameron Jones at Monash University, Matthew moved to Flinders University in Australia to kickstart his independent academic career. To date, Matthew has published over 40 research papers in peer-reviewed chemistry journals and has presented his research findings across the globe.
